Had I known it was battery operated I never would have purchased it. With fully charged batteries, it did a horrible job. It is supposed to be a wet/dry shaver, but it fell in the shower and never worked again. Absolutely awful!!!

I still got some razor burn on the bikini area but is much better than a razor. No cuts or discomforton my legs. Does not get competetly smooth but is a small price to pay for no razor burn. Have used in shower and out seems to get a closer shave in the shower. I like the battery rather than having to wait for a recharge.

It works...sort of. I got this for Christmas and, as a person always looking for something better than a razor and shaving cream, I was really excited.



The shave isn't anywhere near as close as a standard razor, it leaves little stubblies of hair behind, sort of a day after shaving effect. It doesn't cut you, as promised, but that's about the best thing it has going for it. It left my skin really irritated, even with really nice shaving gels, and even after a couple weeks of use.



So, I'm back with my Venus, which is the best razor I've ever found. And the wet dry shaver has joined the corpses of my other 'miracle' hair removal products. It has joined the Nair, the Nads, the Veet and that barbaric little machine that just yanks your hair out by the roots.



If you don't mind a bumpy, stubbly finish, by all means, pick one of these babies up.

This is a great razor. It says wet and dry, but for me it works better dry. I shave my legs, underarms and *ahem*....the bikini area, no problem, the razor still is sharp shaves well after 5 years..and counting!!

It has two levels to adjust to get how far you want to shave. I purchased mine through Walmart years ago, they don't have it now. Amazon is the place to go!!! It comes with a rechargeable plug in, the charge last awhile, make sure you have a really good charge, or it will pull the hair, also comes with travel bag, bottom line------> Ladies, it's a wonderful must BUY PRODUCT!!!!

I've used a Panasonic nose and ear hair trimmer for years. I hated using it because it was very painful to use, pulling the hair out in my nose. Well, it finally died so I decided to try a different brand, this Wahl. Well, I wish I had switched a long time ago, because this one is pain free. No pulling or pain of any kind. It still tickles and makes my eyes water, but ZERO PAIN. Love it!

I admit I got this rather on speculation because I was hoping it would provide a quick and easy solution to a woman's occasional lip or chin hair. It didn't work at all for that. It just glided over the skin and, while it did no damage and wasn't uncomfortable, it really didn't do anything about hair removal either.



It really is hard to find products suitable for women's facial hair and yet it's a pretty common problem. Ah well. Back to the razors designed for young men I guess.

I am very pleased with this razor. I have osteo-arthritis and cannot really bend over to shave my legs the way I used to. With this razor it is easy - cordless - to shave with legs supported by an ottoman with a towel on top.

(Noticed I could do a video review... Wouldn't that be fun to watch a fat, stiff old lady remove hair from her lower extremities?!? Too bad I don't have a camcorder, no? :))

I bought this shaver when my Remington started to get dull. I was incredibly disappointed. In fact, I went back to using my old Remington shaver, because it actually gave me a closer shave than the brand new Panasonic. I thought, if I gave it time, it would get better, but it never did. I would definitely recommend Remington over this Panasonic.

I previously had a Panasonic (that just died after 15 years!), so being familiar with this brand I wasn't hesitant at all to re-purchase a similar shaver. I'm so glad I went with a rechargeable (other one was battery operated). This is the best shaver...the two rotating heads are pretty amazing how they move along the skin (like over your knees). And to recharge it is super easy! I'm very, very happy with this and would recommend to anyone (especially for the price!)
